AVLA AVLA administers licensing in Canada for the reproduction of sound recordings and reproduction and broadcast of music videos on behalf of copyright owners. Any group or person making copies of sound recordings or music videos or exhibiting or broadcasting music videos requires authorization from the copyright holder or from their appointed agent, AVLA. Without this permission, the group or person is subject to legal prosecution for copyright infringement.

The people who create and publish musical works do it for a living. They depend on people like you to use their music. If you perform or authorize the performance of copyright-protected music in any public setting, or if you communicate those works to the public by telecommunication, you need the permission of the copyright owners. Mill Race Folk Society The festival's focus is on traditional forms of folk music and dance from a variety of cultures. Because it was inspired by similar events held in the United Kingdom, a significant part of the content is British and Irish music. However, an equally significant number of acts represent a variety of world cultures and the multinational character that is Canada today.
Freemasonry is the oldest and largest world wide fraternity dedicated to the Brotherhood of Man under the Fatherhood of a Supreme Being. Although of a religious nature, Freemasonry is not a religion. It urges its members, however, to be faithful and devoted to their own religious beliefs.
Any man who becomes a Mason is taught a pattern for living; reverence - morality - kindness - honesty - dependability and compassion. He must be prepared to honour his country, uphold its laws and respect those in authority. He must be prepared to maintain honourable relations with others and be willing to share in Masonic activities. Freemasonry is a way of life.
